Order membership

To order as a member, you must first register a membership and log in as a member

Non-member order

If you order as a non-member, you will not be able to track packages.

Ordering process

  1. 1.Buy the product

    After confirming the ordered product, please click the "Add to Cart" button, and the product will be automatically added to the cart.

  2. 2.Proceed to checkout

    Click the "Shopping Cart" button in the upper right corner, and then click "Proceed to Checkout".

  3. 3.Confirm the product

    Please confirm the product name, total, quantity and price categories in the shopping cart and click "Next" to confirm.

  4. 4.Choose the shipping method

    All products are delivered by home delivery.

  5. 5.Fill in the order information

    To make sure you receive the product, please fill in the orderer and recipient information.

  6. 6.Please select the payment method

    (1) ATM Bank Transfer (2) Credit Card Payment (3) Cash on Delivery (additional fee of 60 Yuan) (4) Virtual Account

  7. 7.Order Completed

    After you have completed the above procedures, please press Confirm to submit the order to complete it. The goods you ordered will be delivered within 3~7 working days (except weekdays and national holidays). If delivery cannot be made within 7 working days due to unexpected reasons or fog season, it may be delayed by 1~2 working days.

    In order to protect your rights and interests, please make the bank transfer within 3 days after completing the order.
    After the remittance is completed, the remittance information will be added to the order record of the member system, and the further shipping process is already initiated.

  2. (2) Payment by credit card

    Accept JCB, VISA and MasterCard to complete the payment by swiping the card once, except Diners Club.

  3. (3) Cash on delivery

    For Taiwan only, a handling fee of NT$ 60 will be charged

Shipping Fee Description

If the consumption is less than NT$ 5,000, the shipping fee is NT$ 200. If the consumption is more than NT$ 5,000, the shipping is free (limited to the island), and the shipping fee for remote islands will be calculated according to the actual shipping fee. Please specify the shipping address accurately. If the delivery is wrong, the second delivery will be charged according to the actual delivery fee.

Return Policy

  1. (1) Our products are subject to strict quality control and no preservatives are added. Please consume them within the expiration date.

  2. (2) To ensure the hygiene and safety of food, no returns or exchanges will be accepted after unpacking unless the quality is unusually poor.

  3. (3) To protect your rights and interests, please open the item immediately after receipt to check if it is correct and complete. If you have any questions, please contact customer service immediately. If you do not contact customer service within 7 days, the return will not be accepted.

  4. (4) The online shop does not currently offer an exchange service. If the product does not meet expectations, please return the originally purchased product within the seven-day acknowledgment period and then purchase the desired product again.

  5. (5) Returned goods must be returned in their original condition including the product itself, accessories, labels and packaging intact.

  6. (6) Prices and activities on the website and in stores may vary.

  7. (7) If the product is defective due to the delivery process, please report it directly to the home delivery personnel, be sure to take photos to protect your own rights and interests, and please contact our customer service personnel as soon as possible.

  8. (8) After the company receives the returned goods, ATM cash traders will refund the original amount within 14 working days; credit card traders will handle credit card transaction cancellation procedures within 3 working days.
